October 13, 2006: "Monster Mashing" Time - Contest!!
With Fall upon us, we think its the perfect time for everyone to let out their inner Good Monster....or in this case their outer Good Monster!!

From now until October 31st, you have the opportunity to turn all of your friends into Monsters, by hosting a "Good Monsters" themed party, or incorporate "Good Monsters" inot your existing party plans. host, or encourage one of your friends to host a party where people dress up, enjoy community, and listen to our new record. Take your pictures, videos & feedback forms and send them to us at: Goodmonsters@gmail.com. The Band will judge the entries, and $100 gift cards to Best Buy will be awarded in the following categories:

* Most Creative Overall Party
* Most Creative Individual Costume
* Most Creative Video Submission
While the sky is the limit as to how creatve you can be, here are some suggestions to get you thinking:

Monsters vs. Robots
You could send out an e-vite to your friends and include a link to the "Good Monsters" video that's currently up on You Tube.com to help explain the concept. Then, guests RSVP with their choice to be either a robot or a monster (or host can assign). The party includes a monster/robot costume competition and a series of "monster vs. robot" challeneges (as determined by the host - could include trivia, physical tests of strength, etc.), where the teams "compete" against each other. The host shows the "Good Monsters" video at the party and plays music in the background. Each party may submit one costume for judging.

Good Monster Mash
Host your own Good Monster Mash. Good Monster - themed costume party complete with moster-esque food, drinks, decorations, games, music, music videos, movies, and anything else you can think of. Hosts encourage their guests to dress up as good monsters and have a costume contest. Each party can submit their favorite good monster costume.

Also, to get you started, the first 25 people who email us at Goodmonsters@gmail.com will receive starter "Good Monster Party Packs" including: a DVD with "Good Monsters" & "Work" videos, download cards, stickers, posters and an autographed CD!!

Rules:
* Parties must be held on or before October 31st
* Entries must be received by 5:00pm eastern time, Friday, November 3rd
* Host must send in pictures of the party
* Videos are not necessary for entry, but if submitted, links and/or files must be no longer than 60 seconds
* Host will be provided with a feedback form via email that they must fill out regarding details of their party (very basic info)

3 grand prize winners will be announced and contacted no later than 5:00pm eastern time on November 10th!!
